Only a few, may be one in a lakh among those who come out of the womb of mother are evolved into extraordinary and brilliant human beings with superhuman qualities or as incarnations of divine power. Sri Gurudevananda Swamiji is one such transformed human being, greatly enriching the human community.

Born in an ordinary family of Sri Pergade and Smt. Anthakke of Odiyoor, he had no significant exposure to a spiritual environment. Appearing like a common man and mingling with one and all, Swamiji, as a Sadhaka trode the difficult and arduous path of spirituality, with an iron will. Shree Shree Gurudevananda Swamiji is an unparalleled Sadhaka, a worshiper of Lord Hanuman. He received initiation from the Guru Samartha Vivekananda Muni. The supreme ideal of service (Seva), enunciated by Hanuman in his life, is also the life's ideal of Swamiji. Swamiji who believe totally in the Upanishadic declaration “EESHAVASYAMIDAM SARVAM” (All this is enveloped by Ishwara) see divinity in every one coming to him.

"All are parts of divinity. We must develop our character in such a way so that we see divinity in every one'' says Swamiji out of firm conviction. Swamiji stands guarantee to the truth that divinity will respond to the call of blemishless mind with a sense of surrender. His message is that life’s goal must be realisation of divinity.

Propagator of Guru Tatwa

Swamiji has launched Sri Gurudevadatta Peetham and Datta Tatwajnana Prachara Samiti at the Samsthanam and enabled their growth over the years. Through them he is engaged in the task of propagating Gurutatwa (Guru principle) which according to Swamiji is also the transcendental principle (paratatwa).
